Each quotation is valid for the period stated on the quotation itself, and is prepared based on the site conditions, materials, and scope of work known at the time. If the scope changes after you've accepted a quotation, we'll let you know how that affects the price before carrying out any additional work.
Payment terms are set out in your invoice or service agreement. If a payment becomes overdue, we'll always reach out first. Where an account remains unpaid, we may need to pause ongoing work or apply interest, in line with the relevant agreement and applicable law.
Projects sometimes evolve once work is underway, and that's perfectly normal. We simply ask that any changes to the agreed scope, materials, or timeline be confirmed in writing by both parties, so everyone stays clear on the revised cost and schedule.
We carry out every job with reasonable skill and care, in line with industry standards. Warranty periods for our workmanship or for any equipment we install will be set out in your service agreement or the manufacturer's documentation, and we're happy to walk you through what's covered.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the value of that contract. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
